The Quincy, M.E. Set Reconstruction Project
Introduction
The Quincy, M.E. Set Reconstruction Project is an ambitious effort to digitally recreate the iconic interiors from the hit 1970s-80s TV show Quincy, M.E. using modern 3D modeling techniques. This project aims to bring to life the Coroner’s Office, Quincy's Boat, and Danny’s Place, allowing fans to explore and interact with these sets as they appeared on screen.
Goal
The goal of this project is to create historically accurate, interactive digital models of key sets from the show. These sets, constructed on Universal Studios’ Stage 25, have become iconic in the world of television, and through modern digital tools like Photogrammetry, AI Reconstruction, and Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs), we hope to preserve and explore these environments in ways that were previously unimaginable.

Quincy's cluttered office, Danny's cozy bar, and the quirky details of Quincy's boat all played a significant role in bringing the show's grounded, forensic drama to life.
