Welcome

"Quincy, M.E." is the name of a popular television program that ran on NBC from 1976 to 1983. "Quincy M.E." starred Jack Klugman, Robert Ito, John Ragin, and Gary Walberg as Quincy, Sam, Astin, and Police Lt. Monahan respectively).

Each week for seven seasons, these characters were shown solving murders and mystery whodunnits in the county as they kept the Los Angeles Coroner's Office quite busy determining the dubious cause of death for each victim per episode.

Phil Bondelli was born December 10, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois. He was the director for 22 episodes (more than 15%) throughout all six seasons of "CHiPs". He started out as an assistant director on The Mod Squad and quickly made his way to the director's chair. In addition to "CHiPs", he directed several well known television shows, including The Six Million Dollar Man, Charlie's Angels, Fantasy Island, and T.J. Hooker.

Phil passed away on January 31, 2011 in Mesa, Arizona at age 83. [More...]
